By registering for any e-course from Do What You Love you agree to the following Terms & Conditions

  • You confirm that you are over eighteen years old and acknowledge that any activities undertaken in relation to any class or membership site content from Do What You Love is at your own risk. While we are a family-friendly platform, please ensure content is suitable before sharing with children.
  • You acknowledge that all sales are final and no refunds will be given before, during or after class for online courses. In the case of the Slow Life Good Life members’ club, you acknowledge that your monthly subscription fee is non-refundable once paid but you can cancel your subscription at any time.
  • You acknowledge that Do What You Love reserves the right to change advertised content (to content of an equivalent or higher value) and/or the advertised teacher(s) and/or the published class date at any time without notice. In the case of the Slow Life Good Life members’ club, Do What You Love reserves the right to change advertised content (to content of an equivalent or higher value) and/or the advertised teacher(s) at any time without notice.
  • You acknowledge that if you have registered for an online course and/or for the Slow Life Good Life members’ club, it will be run online via a password-protected classroom and that it is your responsibility to ensure that you have a decent internet connection to view class content including videos. Do What You Love accepts no responsibility for interruption of internet services.
  • You give permission for your email address to be added to the Do What You Love database for the purposes of sending you communication relating to your purchase.
  • Membership of the Slow Life Good Life club entitles members to a private Facebook group which is governed by the rules of the group. These must be accepted upon joining the group and any posts that contravene these rules or the Terms & Conditions of Facebook will be deleted and the users removed.
  • If you are purchasing an online course, you confirm that you are purchasing a single license for this course for your individual use only. To enquire about educational/corporate rates (for official groups of 10 or more) please send an email to learning[at] dowhatyouloveforlife [dot] com.
  • You acknowledge that Do What You Love reserves the right to delete any inappropriate comments from any the classroom, membership site or any of the class-related community forums and/or Facebook groups, in order to provide and maintain a supportive environment. This includes but is not limited to defamatory or abusive language, sales pitches or spam. In such a case Do What You love reserves the right to ban the user from any and all classrooms, membership sites, class forums and Facebook groups. No refund will be payable  when a user been banned for this reason.
  • In such a case that you purchase a bundle of courses which includes a signed book, the book will be shipped internationally with a customs form labelled ‘gift’. You acknowledge that Do What You Love cannot be held responsible for any customs charge that may arise as it is delivered.

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our site or fill out a form. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you will be asked for personally identifiable details. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. When visiting our site anonymously, we may store information regarding the behaviour of your session on our website, such as what pages were visited, what links you clicked on, how long you spent before going to another page.

All our courses are delivered online in password-protected classrooms. We do not deliver physical products in the post, but rather provide you access via a unique account on dowhatyouloveforlife.com.
