By registering for any e-course from Do What You Love you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
- You confirm that you are over eighteen years old and acknowledge that any activities undertaken in relation to any class or membership site content from Do What You Love is at your own risk. While we are a family-friendly platform, it is your responsibility to ensure content is suitable before sharing with children.
- You acknowledge that all sales are final and no refunds will be given before, during or after class for online courses. You also acknowledge that no refunds will be given on gift vouchers.
- You understand that we do not hold any financial information, and that all payments are processed through third party gateways.
- You understand that our classes are never offered on a lifetime access basis. Rather, the access end date for any given class is published on the sales page of that class, and noted in the confirmation email sent to you after registration. You are also welcome to write in to [email protected] at any time to check the access end date for any class you are registered for. We cannot offer individual access extensions to any class so please be sure to complete the class or download any available content ahead of the access end date. Please note that while most content, including audios and PDFs are downloadable, some content, including most videos, is not downloadable and needs to be watched inside the classroom before the access end date.
- You acknowledge that Do What You Love reserves the right to change advertised content (to content of an equivalent or higher value) and/or the advertised teacher(s) and/or the published class date at any time without notice.
- You acknowledge that if you have registered for an online course, it will be run online via a password-protected classroom and that it is your responsibility to ensure that you have a decent internet connection to view class content including videos. Do What You Love accepts no responsibility for interruption of internet services or outages beyond its control.
- You give permission for your email address to be added to the Do What You Love database for the purposes of sending you communication relating to your purchase.
- You understand that registration for some courses entitles members to access a private Facebook group related to that course which is governed by the rules of the group. These must be accepted upon joining the group and any posts that contravene these rules or the Terms & Conditions of Facebook will be deleted and the user removed.
- You acknowledge that Do What You Love reserves the right to delete any inappropriate comments from any class-related community forums and/or Facebook group, in order to provide and maintain a supportive environment. This includes but is not limited to defamatory or abusive language, sales pitches or spam. In such a case Do What You love reserves the right to ban the user from any and all classrooms, membership sites, class forums and Facebook groups. No refund will be payable when a user been banned for this reason.
- If you are purchasing an online course, you confirm that you are purchasing a single license for this course for your individual use only. To enquire about educational/corporate rates (for official groups of 10 or more) please send an email to [email protected].
- We do not individually sell physical products on this site. In such a case that you purchase a bundle of courses which includes a bonus of a signed book or other physical product, this will be shipped internationally with a customs form labelled ‘gift’. You acknowledge that Do What You Love cannot be held responsible for any customs charge that may arise as it is delivered, and that if such a charge is payable, it will be your responsibility to pay it to ensure receipt of goods. You also acknowledge that while all items are shipped via Royal Mail using standard post with a proof of postage obtained at the time of posting, Do What You Love cannot accept any responsibility for any items which do not arrive, and is not obliged to offer a replacement.
- You acknowledge that these Terms and Conditions cover all classes and bundles sold on dowhatyouloveforlife.com including those offered for free.
