*SUMMER WRITING SANCTUARY 2026

This Summer Writing Sanctuary will be like a long cool drink on a hot day, quenching your creative thirst and offering a gentle, refreshing escape this season. We will share a beautiful week of writing, with daily lessons, audios and writing invitations from Monday August 17 – Sunday August 23.  You can join each day or do it at your own pace. There will also be a Live Writing Circle which you can join or enjoy on replay.

Led by me, author Beth Kempton, the Summer Writing Sanctuary will be a playful exploration of the season through words. Our theme this year is A SUMMER PALETTE.

This is a class for all levels – you are welcome to come exactly as you are, start where you are, and dive right in.

This course is 100% human-made and offered for FREE as a gift to my wonderful community.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

• Each day from Monday 17 to Sunday 23 August you will receive a delicious writing lesson, offered in our private classroom. This will include a daily audio and writing a invitation. (You don’t have to be online at a certain time – you can log in whenever suits you)
• I will also offer one LIVE guided writing session during the week (on Thursday August 20 at 5pm UK time). Don’t worry, if you can’t join live you’ll get access to a replay.
• All of this is FREE.
• If you are a member of my private writing community SoulCircle (hosted on Substack) you will also have the opportunity to share your work with me and other writers, but there is no obligation whatsoever to do that.

THERE IS NO CATCH. I have offered seasonal writing sanctuaries to my community for several years now, and many thousands of people have taken part and absolutely loved them. They are gentle, for all levels, and super-inspiring. Please note, there is no critique in this class.
